Progressive digital recording technology       
All calls are recorded in the .wav format for safe, efficient storage and easy retrieval.  Calls are stored in an ODBC-compliant database and can be sent to clients directly via e-mail.  100% accurate playback of any caller is always available should there be any question about the content of a message.

Secure facilities and redundant back-up systems
Back-up power, multiple redundant telephone and T-1 lines with automatic switch over ensure uninterrupted service. Regular data back-up, both onsite and offsite. Full-time IT support staff available 24/7.
