Concorde Communications processes over one million calls each year through two distinct divisions. The Commercial Division works with over 400 clients, including many Fortune 1000 firms. Our Medical Division serves several thousand medical professionals, including physicians, PPOs, HMOs, pharmacies, home health providers, hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, and medical insurance companies. In each division, there is also a sub-group which focuses on time-sensitive, mission-critical call processing.
